The Residenza
The house spans across 4 floors. On the ground floor, there's a living room dominated by high ceilings with wooden beams, a large sofa (which converts into a comfortable double bed), modernist armchairs, a coffee table made by the artist Mimmo Campanella, a bathroom with a shower, and a mezzanine area with a futon-bed. On the first floor, there's a double bedroom, 2 wardrobes, a desk, and a bathroom with a shower.
The second floor, accessible via an elegant wooden staircase, features a dining table designed by the owner and made by local craftsmen, original chairs from the ‘70s, a kitchen with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and television. Local ceramics decorate the walls and floor. Completing this floor is another bathroom with a shower.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and underfloor heating for the winter months. The decor includes numerous pieces of local craftsmanship and modernist items.
The Terrace
Il quarto piano è un terrazzo di oltre 20 mq con ampie e comode sedute, parzialmente coperto da una struttura in muratura e cannucciato. In un angolo si trova la zona bar con frigorifero, macchina per fare il ghiaccio, lavandino, e vano porta bicchieri e piatti.
Bella la vista del mare, ampia e preziosa quella che mostra una fiancata della parrocchia Matrice S. Maria Assunta, ex cattedrale della città costruita nel 1295, e la vista sulla piazza dell’Orologio, sempre brulicante di gente con i suoi ristoranti, negozi, bar ed eventi musicali.

The house is rented as a whole and is equipped with everything needed to make your stay comfortable: air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and TV.
We also provide towels and bed linens at no extra cost.

From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (contact us for different times).
Check-out
By 10:00 AM.
Additional Information
Important: smoking is not allowed inside the house, and pets are not permitted.
Upon arrival, a tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night will be required for up to 6 nights (those under 14 years of age are exempt from payment).
